
Antea backs Frisse Blikken MBO
Dutch private equity firm Antea has acquired a 53% stake in Netherlands-based management consulting company Frisse Blikken in a management buyout.
The deal is the sixth investment from Antea Participaties VIII, which closed on €30m in 2017.
Founders Joost Jolink and Fritz Korten have retained minority stakes in the company. The current management – Mathijs van Duurling (employed by Frisse Blikken since 2012), Lonneke Nouwens (since 2017) and Thijs de Wert (since 2011) – will increase their shareholding with the transaction.

Founded in 2011, Frisse Blikken is a consultancy firm specialised in advising larger companies, mainly based in the Netherlands. Some of its areas of expertise include strategy and brand consulting, talent acquisition and development. It employs 92 staff.
The business has headquarters in Utrecht, but also has operations in Eindhoven and Yogyakarta (Indonesia). Some of its clients include ING, Arcadis, Heineken and FrieslandCampina.
