Volpi backs Mansystems with €20m
Pan-european private equity firm Volpi Capital has invested €20m in Dutch software support business Mansystems.
Volpi closed its debut fund on €185m in 2016, with the expectation of making six platform investments. Assuming that Mansystems is drawn from this vehicle, it will be the fifth platform.
The GP will support Mansystems' management team with its expansion plan by accelerating its sales and marketing platform and pursuing buy-and-build opportunities.

Mansystems was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Barneveld, Netherlands. It provides implementation and support to companies using the Mendix software platform. The firm employs 120 staff across four offices in the Netherlands and Germany.
