
Mentha Capital backs Kader MBO
Mentha Capital has acquired a stake in Netherlands-based Kader Bureau Voor Kwaliteitszorg, a consultancy company.
The current owners, Nanko van Dijk and Roelof KleinJan, will remain shareholders of Kader and be closely involved in the next growth stage of the business.
The GP is currently investing via its Mentha Capital V fund, closed on €143m in 2017. The fund targets businesses at the lower end of the mid-cap buyout spectrum with EBITDA ranging from €2-10m, and equity tickets per transaction amounting to €5-25m.
Mentha will support Kader in further expanding its service offering and completing opportunistic acquisitions.

Founded in 1994 and based in Zeist, Kader is a consultancy specialised in quality management, occupational health and safety, environmental and social governance, and information security. The business employs 120 people at six offices across the country.
