Down2Earth backs The House of Marketing
Down2Earth Capital has invested in Belgium-based marketing agency The House of Marketing alongside previous owner Quanteus Group.
The management team has also reinvested in the company.
Down2Earth acquired a majority stake according to the Belgian publication De Tijd. The report added that the target has revenues of €17m.
The GP is currently investing via its Down 2 Earth Capital II fund, closed on €110m in Q2 last year. The vehicle backs Belgian SMEs, writing equity tickets of €2.5m and €22m.
Down2Earth will support the business in its organic growth, buy-and-build strategy and international expansion.
House of Marketing was acquired by Quanteus in 2014 and has posted double-digit growth in the last five years, according to a statement.
