Capital A acquires Smart Internet Media
PE firm Capital A has acquired a majority stake in Netherlands-based online marketing agency Smart Internet Media.
Capital A, formely known as ABN Amro Participaties, usually provides equity tickets in the €5-35m range. The transactions sees founder Robin Freyer remain a shareholder in the business.
The GP will support the online marketing agency's organic growth and buy-and-build strategy in the Netherlands.
