
Holland Capital exits Inno4Life
Holland Capital has sold pharmaceutical packaging business Inno4Life to trade buyer Dec Group.
Dec made the acquisition to realise synergies between the two groups, as well as to expand the product portfolios of both companies.
Inno4Life will continue to operate under its name and trade under its brand for all its business activities.
Previous funding
Holland Capital provided growth capital and took a stake in Inno4Life in July 2017. At the time of investing, the GP was deploying from Holland Venture Entrepreneurs Fund III, which closed on €55m in December 2016.

Based in Breda and founded in 2010, Inno4Life is a manufacturer of filling and packaging machines for the pharmaceutical industry.
