Anders Invest buys 50% stake in Topvorm Prefab
Anders Invest has bought a 50% stake in prefabricated residential roofing business Topvorm Prefab.
The stake was sold by the company's three founders and directors, Wim Timmerman, Hans Stoffijn and John Cambeen, who will remain members of the company's board.
The GP said in a statement that in spite of short-term challenges in residential construction, it views the sector as one with positive long-term prospects.
According to a report by Dutch publication Het Financieele Dagblad, the deal is valued at €2.5m.
The deal marks the GP's 17th investment, according to a statement. Anders Invest backs companies via an evergreen fund structure that has a volume of €75m including co-investments, according to its website.
Company
Founded in 2006, Topvorm Prefab produces and installs prefabricated roofs for new-build residential construction projects. It also manufactures dormer windows and prefabricated walls. The company has 90 staff and is based in Terneuzen, where is has its own saw mill. It generates revenues of €15-20m.
