
Gimv sells stake in Belgian recruitment agency to Naxicap
Gimv has sold its minority stake in Belgian recruitment and selection agency Accent Jobs to Naxicap.
Gimv acquired a 33.3% equity stake in the company in 2006. The exit adds €21.8m to Gimv's equity value as of December 2011, which is equivalent to €0.94 per share.
Accent Jobs' management team will continue to hold the majority stake in the company.

Accent Jobs is a Belgian recruitment and selection agency, focused on the upper segment of the temporary employment market. The company was founded in 1995 by the current CEO and COO, Philip Cracco and Conny Vandendriessche, respectively. In addition to its headquarters in Roeselare, Accent Jobs has a network of 227 branches, employing approximately 700 staff.
In 2011, the company's turnover accounted for €330m with EBITDA of €30m.

Alain Keppens, head of buyouts and growth, led the exit for Gimv Belgium. Eric Aveillan led the deal on behalf of Naxicap.
