
GEM Benelux III hits €275m final close
Gilde Equity Management (GEM) Benelux III has reached a first and final close on €275m.
The fund launched in April and reached its hard-cap in just two months.
The fund's predecessor, GEM Benelux II, raised €200m in March 2010 and received commitments from 13 institutional investors.

GEM Benelux's existing investors increased their commitments. The vehicle also attracted two new Dutch investors to its LP base.
Investments
The fund will continue GEM's existing investment strategy, investing in small-cap companies in the Benelux region.
