
Rabo Private Equity buys Bovema Glas BV
Rabo Private Equity's Phoenix Recovery Capital has acquired Dutch glass specialist Bovema Glas.
Bovema had previously been a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bovema Beheer BV, which went bankrupt in July 2009. Bovema Glas was not involved in the bankruptcy.
Phoenix is a restructuring-focused division of Rabo Private Equity.

Bovema Glas is a certified specialist in glass and fire ventilation solutions based in Milsbeek, the Netherlands. The company was founded in 1990. According to local press, Bovema Glas has an annual turnover of €5m and employs 21 people.
