
Main Capital acquires Connexys
Main Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in Dutch software company Connexys.
The investment in Connexys is Main Capital's second investment from its third fund, following the MBO of Sofon. Main Capital III invests exclusively in established software companies.
The fresh capital will be used to further support Connexys's growth strategy, which involves professionalising the partner channel, internationalisation based on the Force.com product and further expanding the company's current position through product and market strategy.

Connexys is a Dutch provider of solutions for talent management and corporate recruitment.
Connexys's software-as-a-service- and cloud-based software is designed to streamline recruitment for its 200 clients, among them Friesland Campina, Stork, Essent, Bam, Imtech and Aegon.
Connexys also delivers solutions for job mobility, predominantly to municipalities and provinces. Its range of portals includes NUwerk.nl and werftsamen.nl.
