
TIIN's ReadSpeaker completes management buy-back
TIIN Capital has sold its stake in Dutch software-as-a-service company ReadSpeaker back to the firm's management.
TIIN first invested in ReadSpeaker in 2008. The investment was sourced from TIIN's TechFund.

ReadSpeaker is a Dutch software-as-a-service business based outside Utrecht. Founded in 1999, it provides software that translates text into electronic speech, offering more than 35 languages in 100 different voices in 40 countries worldwide. Its 5,000-strong client base includes websites, mobile sites, mobile apps and online campaigns.

Michael Lucassen led the exit on behalf of TIIN. Joop Heijenrath and Steffan Meij are co-founders and directors of ReadSpeaker.
