Founded in 1987 in Hulst, Nebus provides customer loyalty and sales incentives programmes to European corporations. Nebus also has offices in eight other European countries. In addition to purchasing and dispatching prizes, Nebus offers all services and customer loyalty programmes ranging from point of sale actions organised at short notice to long-term individual programmes. Nebus assumes responsibility for the conception of the programme, looks after the card holders via a call centre, organises the credit check of the holders of payment functions, evaluates customer behaviour and deduces marketing measures. Primondo is a holding of Arcandor AG based in Essen. In 2006 the group achieved a net turnover of €4.2bn with more than 20,000 employees. Primondo is disposing of its special shipping companies that are no longer encompassed by the core business. The sale of Nebus Loyalty follows the sale of Krähe, Saalfrank and Mercatura Group.
