Halder has acquired a 60% shareholding in Numac Groep, a Dutch industrial services company. The founders and the management retain the remaining shares. No financial details were disclosed.

Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Venray, the Numac Groep is one of the largest independent companies for technical services in the Netherlands. The company focuses on engineering, maintenance, advising and automisation of technical installations and machinery. Numac centralises three companies: Numac, Van de Meerakker Groep and Planatec. Numac’s customers include 3M, Akzo Nobel, Bavaria, Nedschroef, Rockwool and Sappi. In 2007, its almost 1,000 employees are expected to realise a turnover of about €70m.People
