Main Capital sells Dutch software firm Tedopres to Etteplan
Main Capital has exited Dutch software company Tedopres after a six year holding period, completing its second exit in 2012.
The new owner of the business is engineering and technical product information solutions services company Etteplan.
Main Capital acquired the company in October 2005 in a deal valued at less than €25m.
Company
Tedopres is a Best-based software company that is focused on technical documentation, including product, user and service documentation.
The company's revenues amounted to €120m in 2011. Tedopres has offices in the Netherlands, the US, Singapore and Japan.

Charly Zwemstra, managing partner, led the exit on behalf of Main Capital. Andre Verduijn is CEO of Tedopres.
