KBC Private Equity, with the management, has invested €8m in Lenaerts-Blommaert, a group that sells and leases mobile units, machinery and building equipment. The deal originated through KBC Bank and will give KBC Private Equity a majority stake.

Company

Founded in 1974, Lenaerts-Blommaert Verhuur NV leases the entire range of mobile units: office containers, couplable units, equipment containers, sanitary containers and construction site vehicles. In 2007, the company generated a turnover of €22.5m. It concerns buy-out capital.
