Europe et Croissance invests €750,000 in Chapellerie Herman
Europe et Croissance has invested €750,000 in Belgian millinery Chapellerie Herman from the EU-backed EUREFI fund.
The company will engage in a buy-and-build strategy to reach a valuation of €15m over the next five years. The first strategic acquisition is already planned.
The money was drawn from EUREFI, a fund set up in 1995 by the European Union and private investors from France, Belgium and Luxemburg.

Chapellerie Herman is a millinery that has been active for 130 years. It design manufactures and sells hats and accessories in France, Belgium and Luxemburg.
