Private Plus Fund and Solid Ventures have acquired, in a first round of funding, a minority stake in Mirror42, a next generation IT intelligence software. Mirror42’s fast growth, significant market traction and an experienced management team attracted the two investors to the deal. The deal was completed on 11 December 2007.

Mirror42 has recently experienced significant increases in demand for IT intelligence solutions due to increased focus on sourcing strategies, portfolio management, ITIL process optimisation and IT maturity in corporate environments. The company’s next generation IT intelligence software platform makes it possible to quickly consolidate metrics and manage KPI trends. It uses data taken from multiple administrative, application and infrastructure monitoring tools. Many organisations already have these in use to quickly and easily produce IT management dashboards. Mirror42 serves more than 50 customers in 15 countries. Mirror42 will use the capital to increase sales and marketing, as well as continue product development to meet increasing customer demand.People
