Avedon et al. sell Deli Building Supplies to PontMeyer
Avedon Capital Partners and NPM Capital have fully exited the building supplies division of Dutch distribution company Deli Maatschappij to PontMeyer.
The trade sale, subject to the approval of Dutch competition regulator, will lead to a merger between Deli Building Supplies and Pontmeyer. According to Avedon, the resulting business will generate €600m in sales and have a workforce of around 1,500 people.
Under the firms' tenure, Deli Maatschappij's structure has been rearranged into two divisions; Building Supplies, now being exited, and Home & Garden. The latter, operating under the brands Bruynzeel Home Products, JéWé, Outdoor Life Group, Skantrae and Totaalmarkt, is still under ownership of Avedon and NPM.
The sale will also see the division's management exit alongside the GPs.
Previous funding

Meanwhile, NIBC and NPM together provided mezzanine financing which was arranged by the former, according to unquote" data.
