
Bencis Capital investes in Dutch temp agency
Bencis Capital has acquired Dutch temp agency Faber Personeelsdiensten.
With the support from Bencis Capital, the company will follow its buy-and-build growth strategy.
Company
Faber is a temporary work agency, primarily focused on painters. The Gronigen-based company was founded by Arjen Bos in 2005 and has 13 branch offices in the Netherlands. Its services include recruitment, payrolling and staffing.
In 2011, the company's turnover grew by 30% to €40m.
