H2 offloads Isero to Grafton
H2 Equity Partners has sold Dutch tools and fixings business Isero to listed trade buyer Grafton Group for €91.5m.
For Dublin-based Grafton, the deal allows the merchanting and DIY group to strengthen its footprint in the Netherlands.
Previous funding
H2 acquired Isero from its former CEO and owner Kees Gerritse in 2010. Since investing, H2 has supported the company's growth through bolt-on acquisitions.
Company
Isero distributes tools and fixings in the Netherlands, operating through 38 branches under the Gerritse, Breur Ceintuubaan and Van der Winkel brands.
For the year ending June 2015, Isero generated revenue of €94m, EBITDA of €10m and adjusted operating profit of €8.8m.
The company employs 450 people.
