FourPlus (Netherlands) - Jan 2008
Private Plus Fund has acquired a large minority stake in FourPlus, an inbound customer service centre. Bluemind Corporate Finance, the fund’s adviser, introduced the company to Private Plus. ABN Amro provided the debt for the transaction.
Company
FourPlus was founded in 2002 as the former in-house call centre of Canal+ and CanalDigital. Recently some new concepts have been tested on the market. These are ready to become active and FourPlus, in addition to its existing clients, can support other organisations in their relationship with their client. The new capital will contribute to this growth strategy and the number of shareholders will increase. The current CEO will partly withdraw, but he will remain responsible for a number of issues and the management team will be strengthened.People
