
NPM Capital and Cyrte Investments sell retailer bol.com for €350m
NPM Capital and Cyrte Investments have sold their stake in Dutch speciality retailer bol.com to supermarket giant Ahold for €350m in cash.
The deal is expected to conclude in Q2 of 2012.
The company was acquired by Cyrte Investments and NPM Capital for approximately €110m in April 2009 from Holtzbrink Networks and Verlagsgruppe Weltbild.

bol.com is a Utrecht-based books and electronics online retailer. It will continue to be headquartered in Utrecht once the acquisition is concluded. The firm has 3.4m customers and an annual turnover of €355m.
It was founded in 1999 as Bertelsmann Online.
