
Eversheds hires Karwacki from Squire Patton Boggs

Wierzbowski Eversheds Sutherland has hired Michal Karwacki as a partner in its legal corporate practice group.
In his new role, Karwacki will be working as a partner in the law firm’s corporate practice group as well as leading its private equity and venture capital practice.
Prior to joining Eversheds, Karwacki was a partner at Squire Patton Boggs in Warsaw. He was hired as head of the firm’s PE and VC practice in Poland before becoming a partner at the law firm.
Karwacki had previously worked for Dentons as counsel, prior to which he was a senior associate at Clifford Chance in Warsaw.
