Abris promotes Scarlat to partner
Abris Capital Partners has promoted Cezar Scarlat to partner.
Scarlat retains his position as head of Abris's operations in Romania and Bulgaria, which he has held since 2012. In his new role, Scarlat will undertake the company's strategy to increase investment activity and expand its Bucharest office.
Scarlat also retains his position as chairman for Cargus and Urgent Courier.
Prior to joining Abris, Scarlat covered the CEE region at Bridgepoint Capital and Numura Investment Bank. He began his career at Arthur Andersen in Romania before moving to PwC in the UK.
Scarlat holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
