Innova acquires Polish paver Libet

Central and Eastern European investor Innova Capital has wholly acquired Libet, the Polish concrete paving business of Tarmac International, itself a subsidiary of Anglo American plc.

Libet operates 12 production plants across Poland which employ 500 people and turned over PLN 250m last year.

The deal was signed in January and is subject to regulatory clearance.
