Mid Europa hires legal counsel
CEE-focused GP Mid Europa Partners has hired Jana Philip as legal counsel to oversee corporate legal matters and commercial transactions.
Philip joins Mid Europa from White & Case, where she began her career working in the firm's Prague office and qualifying as a Czech advocate. She then moved to the firm's UK office and qualified as an English solicitor.
In August, Mid Europa held the final close for its latest fund, Fund IV, on €800m after nearly a year and a half on the road. The vehicle fell short of its €1bn target.
