AXA partners with Resource Partners; boosts CEE presence
AXA Private Equity has established a strategic partnership with Polish private equity advisers Resource Partners, to invest in opportunities across Central and Eastern Europe, particularly in Poland and the Baltic States.
Following the partnership, AXA will be able to expand its sourcing and execution capabilities and gain an immediate second local base in Warsaw, with its improved local connections. With an expanded presence in the region, the firm expects to build the capacity to undertake larger transactions.
This is the first collaboration of its type for AXA Private Equity, and the €50m commitment marks the growing strategic importance of the CEE region for the firm.
