
Enterprise Investors promotes Michał Kędzia to partner

CEE-focused Enterprise Investors has promoted Michał Kędzia to partner.
Kędzia joined Enterprise in 2007 as an analyst and in 2012 was promoted to vice president.
During his time at Enterprise, Kędzia has been involved in several deals with a focus on the consumer goods, financial services and healthcare sectors. He sits on the boards of three portfolio companies: Polish supermarket chain Dino, brokerage house X-Trade Brokers, and oncology clinics Nu-Med Group. Kędzia also oversees the GP's activities in Solvenia and Croatia.
Kędzia joined Enterprise from EY's M&A team in Warsaw, where he had worked for two years.
Kędzia holds an MSc in finance and banking from the University of Łódź in Poland, and a master's degree in international relations from the same university.
