
Mid Europa announces 2013 promotions
CEE-focused buyout house Mid Europa Partners has promoted six members of its team.
Mid Europa promoted Jan Krzewinski to associate director, while Matthias Dukat, Viktoria Habanova and Ratko Jovic advanced to senior associates, and Lukasz Wlodarczyk became associate. Martina Redmond became financial controller at the firm.
Krzewinski joined Mid Europa's Warsaw office in 2007 and worked on investments including Alpha Medical and the sale of Lux Med.
Dukat and Habanova are based in Mid Europa's London office, which they both joined in 2010. Dukat was most recently involved in the sale of Orange Austria and the investment in Energy 21, while Habanova worked on the merger and refinancing of SBB and Telemach.
Jovic also joined the firm in 2010 and is based in Budapest. He was recently involved in the refinancing of Bité.
