
Idea Box acquires packaging producer Drukarnia Ekspres
Polish private equity house Idea Box Capital has acquired packaging producer Drukarnia Ekspres form its sole shareholder Leszek Czarnecki.
The GP aims to build the business via bolt-on acquisitions. According to a statement, the fund manager has already identified several target companies, which have not been disclosed yet.
A source close to the situation told unquote” that the deal is the third acquisition for the GP, following the acquisition of clothing company Greenpoint and an undisclosed fleet management business.

Established in 1989 and headquartered in Inowrocław, Drukarnia produces cardboard packaging, wrappings, rigid boxes, displays and advertising and promotional materials. The company mainly targets the chemicals and cosmetics industries, but also claims among its clients businesses operating in the automotive, clothing and footwear sectors.
