
21 Concordia acquires 42% of R2G Polska
21 Partners' Polish private equity branch, 21 Concordia, has acquired a 42% stake in logistics operator R2G Polska.
The funding will be used to further develop the company's software platforms (apaczka.pl and migiem24.pl), integrate them with other e-commerce platforms and expand the business internationally.
21 Concordia held a second and final close on €100m for its Poland-focused private equity fund in late 2015.

R2G Polska (branded as Apaczka) is a logistics operator. The company serves SMEs and large courier companies, providing logistics services for e-commerce and traditional industries. The business has also developed and operates a platform for private individuals called migiem24.pl. R2G was founded in 2009 in Warsaw.
