BaltCap exits Trev-2 Group
BaltCap has sold its 75% stake in Tallinn-based infrastructure construction company Trev-2 Group to Eurovia, a subsidiary of France-based concessions and construction company Vinci.
Following the acquisition, Trev-2 CEO Sven Pertens will continue in his role on the management board, while BaltCap partner Kristjan Kalda remains a member of the supervisory board.
The deal marks the third exit in 2018 for the Baltic-focused private equity investor, having completed the sales of Estonian aircraft maintenance company Magnetic in January and Riga-based back-office services provider Runway in May. It is the second exit to a French strategic investor for the GP after it sold Runway to KKR-backed French call centre operator Webhelp.
Previous funding
BaltCap acquired a minority stake in the Estonian infrastructure construction company in December 2010.
Company
Founded in 1961 and based in Tallinn, Trev-2 engages in road construction, repair and maintenance, railroad construction and environmental construction. The group employs a staff of 360 and posted a turnover of €70m in 2017.
