Tar Heel-backed Flavourtec, a Polish manufacturer of vape liquid for e-cigarettes, recently acquired its German peer GermanFlavours in August.

Based in Olesno, Poland, and founded in 2000, Aludesign is a maker of aluminium elements mainly used for the production of office furniture. It posted revenues of PLN 53.7m in 2017 and has a staff of 120.
