Abris buys Global Technical Group
CEE-focused private equity firm Abris Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in Romanian infrastructure and security software provider Global Technical Group.
It is the 10th investment from Abris CEE Mid Market Fund III, a €500m buyout fund that held a final close in 2017, according to Unquote Data.
Abris will support the company's growth by investing in its software platforms and expanding the business into new industries and markets, according to a statement.
Company
Global Technical Group was founded in 2007 and is headquartered in Bucharest. It makes security systems for buildings and software to manage them. It generated €32m in revenues in 2018, up 85% from 2017, according to its website.
