
Resource Partners buys dog food maker Atlantic Products
Polish private equity firm Resource Partners has wholly acquired Poland-based dog food maker Atlantic Products from its founders.
The GP plans to merge Atlantic with its portfolio company Maced, in which it acquired a majority stake last year.
According to Polish business newspaper Puls Biznesu, the GP would not rule out further acquisitions, including foreign companies, but this year it will be focusing on merging the two companies.
Atlantic generated revenues of PLN 20.1m (€4.9m) in 2019, the report said.

Founded in 2001 and based in Węgorzyno, north-western Poland, Atlantic is a manufacturer and retailer of treats and snacks for dogs. It generated revenues of $5.2m in 2019 and has around 30 employees.
