
SEB Venture-backed Viginta acquires Mikrovisatos TV
Viginta UAB, a company controlled by SEB Venture Capital and Advanced Broadband, has acquired a 100% shareholding in Lithuanian Mikrovisatos TV from the Kavaliauskas family.
The transaction will create the largest Lithuanian cable TV company with approximately 20,000 subscribers.
The deal is subject to regulatory and competition authority approval.

Mikrovisatos is a cable TV company which also provides internet and IP telephony services to approximately 70,000 subscribers in Kaunas, the second largest Lithuanian city.
