Resource Partners acquires Polish animal feed company Golpasz
Polish private equity firm Resource Partners has acquired animal feed producer Golpasz in a management buyout.
Resource Partners will take a majority stake in Golpasz, acquiring shares from the company's founders and management, though the company's board will retain a significant shareholding.
The GP's investment will support increased geographic expansion in central Poland, with the country's growing poultry industry expected to be a key driver of growth.

Founded in 1968, Golpasz is an animal feed producer headquartered in Golub-Dobrzyń. The company makes feed for poultry, pigs and cattle – it has four production facilities in Poland.

Ryszard Wojtkowski and Aleksander Kacprzyk are managing partners of Resource Partners. Andrzej Warnel is the CEO of Golpasz.
