V4C's Konsalnet acquires G4S's Polish operations
Value4Capital (V4C) portfolio company Konsalnet Holdings has completed the add-on acquisition of G4S Holdings (Polska).
V4C acquired Konsalnet in 2009 and has completed 10 add-on acquisitions since then, with G4S being the largest one yet.
The post-merger turnover of Konsalnet and G4S will be €150m.
Company
G4S Polska is the Polish business unit of G4S International. The company provides cash handling and security services, including guarding, monitoring and technical solutions.

Partner Jacek Pogonowski represented V4C in the acquisition.
