21 Partners buys Polish childrenswear maker Wójcik
21 Concordia, the Warsaw branch of European GP 21 Partners, has acquired Polish childrenswear maker Wójcik Fashion.
The GP bought a majority stake from the company's founders through its 21 Concordia vehicle, which reached a final close on €100m in September.
As part of the deal, Wójcik's existing management team will be bolstered by the appointment of clothing retail manager Robert Warnecki, and more management hires are expected.
21 Concordia will look to grow Wójcik outside of Poland, as well as expand its Polish retail network and e-commerce offering.
