Alchemy Partners shuts down German office

Alchemy Partners, the London-based private equity firm, has closed its Germany office in Frankfurt. Alchemy will continue to manage the German investments from its London headquarters. The company says its investment activity in the German private equity market of the last year compared with the firm’s engagement in the UK, the German market does not justify running a local office.
