BC Partners considers Swiss office
The British investment firm BC Partners is currently considering opening a Swiss office in Geneva headed by managing partner Francesco Loredan, who is currently based in Milan. The step comes after the firm successfully acquired Hirslanden Holding for E634m. BC Partners financed the 91.15% management buyout of Hirslanden Group via newco Hirslanden Healthcare SA, including liabilities, from Swiss banking group UBS AG. JP Morgan provided undisclosed debt and mezzanine facilities.
