Financial results: CapMan, Minicap

CapMan Plc has reported a turnover of EUR 4.5m for the first quarter 2003. The group’s operating profit was EUR 400,000 and profit after financial items of EUR 500,000, compared to last years first quarter figures to EUR 400,000 and EUR 900,000 respectively. Profit after taxes reached EUR 300,000.

Minicap Technology Investment AG, managed by Venture Partners AG, issued nine months’ results for the period from 1 July 2002 to 31 March 2003 of its financial year 2002/2003. The fund reported net losses of SFR 2.2m (EUR 1.45m), while cash and cash equivalents amounted to SFR 11.7m (EUR 7.73m).
