AXA Private Equity plans new Frankfurt bureau
AXA Private Equity is planning to bolster its German presence in the New Year with the opening of an office in Frankfurt. The institution is hoping to capitalise on the anticipated upturn in the German buyout market which is expected to follow the implementation of new tax laws next year. The new bureau, alongside those already operating in London and New York, will report directly to Dominique Senequier, chairman of the executive board, in Paris. Funds under management or advisory by the group currently exceed EUR 4bn.
