Cipio Partners
Cipio Partners has recruited two principals and an associate to its Munich office. Roland Dennert joins as principal, having been part of the team that launched the Munich office of London-based global private equity firm 3i. He also helped establish the German operations of Swiss technology venture capital firm Atila Ventures and - prior to his venture capital career - was a management consultant with Roland Berger & Partner in Munich and The Boston Consulting Group in Paris. Fabian Ruechardt also becomes a principal, having most recently been an investment partner from 2000-2004 at Infineon Ventures, the early-stage investor based in Munich and San Jose, California. He has also had spells at LSI Logic and Siemens Semiconductor, where he had business line responsibility for consumer electronic devices. Gerhard Miller joins as an associate, having most recently been an adviser to early-stage and venture capital companies including Atlas Venture and Carlyle Group. He previously spent several years with management consultancies Booz-Allen & Hamilton and DiamondCluster.
