Oakley to shift investment focus from UK to DACH
Oakley Capital Investments has announced that it will move its investment focus from the "highly intermediated" UK market to the DACH region.
The GP made the statement in its 2017 interim report, where it further noted that geopolitical and economic uncertainty are likely to remain.
Oakley reported an 8% NAV increase to £472.6m since December 2016 and 11% growth in the fair value of its portfolio companies for the same period.
According to unquote" data, Oakley has made 64.29% of its investments to date in the UK and 25% in the DACH region, with the remaining 10.71% being made up by Italy and the Netherlands.
Oakley could not be reached for comment.
