HQ Capital appoints four to advisory board
Frankfurt-based fund-of-funds and wealth manager HQ Capital has appointed four members to its advisory board, which is now set to commence duties.
The foundation of the advisory board marks the firm's intentions to regularly advise the executive board of HQ Capital on matters relating to business and market development, as well as on the further development of products and services.
The appointments include Bernd Franken, managing director at Nordrheinische Ärzteversorgung; Jochen Herwig, formerly CEO of LVM Versicherung; Eberhard Vetter, head of asset management at RAG-Stiftung; and Reinhard Pöllath, founder of P+P Pöllath + Partners. They join the committee as independent experts.
Georg Wunderlin continues as CEO of HQ Capital.
The board is set to meet at least twice a year. At the first meeting, Jochen Herwig was elected chairman of the advisory board.
HQ Capital manages secondaries vehicle Auda Capital VII fund, which held a final close on $375m in July 2016.
