Evoco strengthens team
Direct secondaries investor Evoco has strengthened its team with the appointment of Patrick Camenisch and the promotion of Lorenzo Sormani.
Camenisch joined as director of finance and operations, and will be responsible for financial, operational and legal issues relating to the Evoco funds, as well as supporting the transaction team. He was previously COO at GZC Investment Management in Zug.

Sormani has been promoted to director in the investment team and will now lead transaction execution, as well as focus on value creation within the existing portfolio. He joined Evoco in 2016, prior to which he was a senior associate at McKinsey.
Evoco invests in private equity portfolios and then manages the companies as a GP, providing primary expansion capital on a case-by-case basis. It is currently investing from Evoco TSE II, a €105m fund that is approximately 70% drawn.
