CVC hires ESO's Nowak
CVC Credit Partners has strengthened its European private debt team with the appointment of former ESO Capital managing director Natalia Nowak.
In her new role, Nowak will focus on European investments, primarily in the DACH region. She will report to managing director and portfolio manager Neale Broadhead.
Nowak joins from ESO, where she was managing director of the firm's private debt and special situations fund for five years. She has previously held roles at Arrowgrass Capital Partners and Cerberus Capital, working on special situations, distressed debt and private equity deals. Nowak started her career as an analyst at Goldman Sachs.
The firm recently appointed former Pemberton official Mike Anderson as head of investor relations.
