
Ashurst appoints Gütle as partner
Law firm Ashurst has appointed Jasmin Gütle as a partner in its investment funds practice in Munich.
Joining from the Munich office of Linklaters, Gütle is a qualified tax adviser and focuses on advising semi-institutional investors on fund structuring. She also covers commitments to alternative investment funds, including private equity, mezzanine, infrastructure, real estate, and private debt funds.
She started her career as an associate in tax at Linklaters and was later promoted to the position of counsel in tax and fund advisory services.
